Do I need to know how to code?

No. You hire a team from a template, give it a schedule in plain words, and review its work. If you do have technical people, every team also has a full terminal they can use.

Do I need my own Claude subscription?

Yes. Your team runs on the Claude Pro or Max account you already have; you sign in once inside the team. There are no API keys and no usage fees from us.

What is an AI Employee, exactly?

A specialist inside a team with a role and standing instructions, like a campaign analyst or a reconciliation clerk. Templates come with a full staff; you can add, rename or remove them.

How many AI employees can a team have?

As many as you need. Plans limit how many AI teams you run, not how many employees you hire.

Can I add a team on Starter or Growth?

Yes. Every plan can add AI teams at $97 a month each. Plans differ on people, governance and support, not on how many teams you can run.

Is there a maximum number of teams?

Every plan starts with room for 10 teams. If you need more, request a limit increase from Billing; we review it and raise your limit, usually the same day.

How many sessions can run at once?

Three concurrent sessions per AI team on every plan, with no organization-wide cap. A Boost raises that team to 6, 9 or 12 depending on the size.

Does a Boost change my plan?

No. It changes one team's machine. Your plan, people and other teams stay the same.

What happens when I close my laptop?

Nothing. Your AI employees keep working on their schedules in the cloud. Open any session from any browser, including your phone.

Who can see what?

Owners and admins see every team. Everyone else sees only the teams they've been given, as owner, editor or viewer. The org chart shows it at a glance.

Is my data isolated?

Yes. Every team runs in its own environment with its own disk and memory. Your secrets are encrypted and never shown or logged.

What happens after the trial?

It converts to the plan you picked. Your teams, schedules and secrets continue without interruption. Cancel anytime.
